• Australia Post

Costs
Free delivery on purchases over $50. Orders under $50 will incur a shipping fee of $11.00.

An additional delivery charge will apply to large items according to weight, size and delivery location.

Same-Day Dispatch
All orders placed before 2pm (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times
Deliveries to most major cities will take approx. 1 to 2 business days, deliveries to remote areas could take up to 5 business days.

Backorders
We aim to have all items in stock. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within our normal time frame, we will notify you within 2 business days.

• Address details that are incorrectly supplied will incur a $11.00 redelivery fee.
• If you have given authority to leave items without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
